About the Workshop

During this workshop, you will be brought through a meditation to bring you to a quiet place within so that you may get in touch with the conversation that your heart is having with you, as well as aligning you with your 8^th Chakra, the Soul Star.  This Chakra holds the blueprint of your soul’s purpose.  You will be guided to choose an area of your life that you would like to work on such as career, family, health and wellness, etc.  Once you have chosen, you will begin a quiet exercise of searching through magazines and outside inspiration, to find what jumps out at you.  We will then narrow those searches down until you have a clear picture of what you see your life to be.  You will create your board and once done, will begin an exercise to bring in the elements required to bring your life into existence.  This will invite in the opportunities, the people, the resources and whatever else is in alignment with your highest good.  We will then ground all of that through the body, anchoring it to mother earth and planting the seeds.  We will also create actions and agreements to be responsible in co-creating the life you want.
